New Meteor Owner.
Hello,
My name is Vera and I recently just purchased a 1962 Mercury Meteor 4 door. It has the original 260 V8 motor and automatic transmission.
It's no show car, and a hell of a project, but what it lacks in cosmetic perfection, it makes up by running really strong on original components. I drove it 200 miles home after tuning it up the day after I bought it.
I have wanted a Mercury for quite a while so I am stoked and just joined so I thought I would introduce myself.
