Hello Everyone,
Appreciate having a site where ideas, suggestions and solutions can be shared since possess very little mechanical hands-on ability (i.e., need to follow a step-by-step instruction process to complete what is needed if right in front of my face). Recent purchase: 2002 Mercury Sable LS w/Duratec engine. Next step: to start using this forum for answers to questions which came to light just 3 days after purchase (See questions in Sable sites for details). Thanks for your future input.

It's a bit slow around here -- MUCH too many advertisements for "escort services" makes it hard to navigate the site.
I don't know jack about your 2002 Sable, but I'm a hands-on geezer with decades of auto/truck knowledge and experience, so I'll be glad to help you with any questions you may have regarding general automotive knowledge and/or vehicle restoration.
