Owner of 1990 Mercury Grand Marquis Wagon

I've been a member at the Station Wagon Forums for a long while, and I need help troubleshooting what's wrong with my car and I might need a new ECU / "PCM," as it's called. I'll make a new topic for that in the right place, though.
