my name is henry andi am living in germany. since 3 yearsi have a sable mercury police car. (2000) Now from the Car was stolen the SM grille emblem. It ist very complicated for me to get a new one in germany. May be anybody can help me.

SM grille? (Was'n das?) What exactly do you mean with that?


Except for the Mustang PI grill, which goes for at least an arm and leg, they are sort of affordable, and available.

Dann kann ich ja auch auf deutsch antworten: Ist doch ganz einfach, am Kühlergrill befindet sich doch das Mercury Sable Emblem. Das hat mir irgend so eine Dumpfbacke geklaut. (Kann man ja auch ganz einfach abziehen). So ein Teil hätte ich natürlich wieder ganz gerne drauf.


Wie heisst denn das wohl richtigerweise ? Würde mich freuen von Dir zu hören

Ganz einfach? Hm, SM Grill, ne, wirklich nicht, keine Ahnung was SM sein soll.


Ich kann nur mit normalem Grill helfen (kenne keinen anderen):


Emblem gibt's auf Schrottplatz, oder eBay, einfach nach Emblem, Badge, Ornament suchen. Kostet neu so um die $5.

Hm, looking at the manual, looks like there's no ornament by itself, just the complete grill.


New for about $18, not too bad. Especially if you pay in Euro, rate right now is 0.70, so it would be only around $12.60.
