My 89 mercury colony park has been running terrible. Pops and smokes like crazy amd runs crazy rich. I got the KOER code 18 SPOUT circuit open or spark angle word circuit failure. Where should I begin looking at or investigating? It's my first time ever owning an American car. I also have a new ignition control module installed
