If you are careful you can remove it with a flat head screwdriver after unscrewing all the screws you can see on the door (check around the edges of the panel) then wedge the flathead screwdriver inbetween your door and the door panel and pry it off using the screwdriver and your fingers ( use your fingers as much as possible when you pry it up so you don't put all the force in a small concentraited areah and break your door panel) then you can remove the speaker brackets with the speakers attatched, they are 6 1/2", take out the screw holding the speakers to the brackets, and pry the speakers off (they are glued on) and simply screw the new ones on. You will need to splice thespeaker wires,and I don't know what the wiring code is, butyou can find it on the web. Line up the clips on the door panel with the appropriate holes and pop the panel back on and your set!
