Check core and HVAC regulator. Hoses being warm could be water or ti could be air. If only air,the core will not transfer the heat.

are hoses warm both going in AND coming out ? if one is warm and the other is cold then you have a bad heater control valve..which i hate to tell you is located inside of the heater core enclosure..which is a very time consuming

Check vacum lines that control the


place the heat comes out such as


floor,def,both, might be stuck on ac


in the hvac behind the glove box.

I have found that it is not the vacuumlines themselves but a faulty "block" that the vacuum lines are controlled by.Replace the block and you should be fine.
