2003 Sable Ipod compatabilty question

I am seeking assistance with an Ipod compatability question. I have a 2003 Sable LS premium with a factory radio installed. I had a remote CD player installed by the dealer when I purchased the car. I would like to know if & how I can connect my Ipod to my current radio. Can anyone help?
