2005 Sable
 

My mother's 2005 Sable, under 30,000 miles, has a problem with the electrical system: last night the lights did not go off automatically and could not be turned off manually. Even the AAA person could not do it! After an hour or so the lights went out. She hasn't tried to start it this morning so we don't yet know about the battery..did the lights go off because the battery died?? Or did they just go off finally? Also, her nieghbors are reporting that the alarm goes off without provocation and the lights flash in the middle of the night. Also, her warning light for low tire pressure has not worked for several years. have others had these problems and if so, what fixes may have worked?? thank you
