I have a 94 Sable that keeps blowing fuses which causes the brake lights not to light and the gear shift will not shift from Park to Drive. I have replaced the brake switch and it worked for a short period and then blew the fuse again. Any suggestions fro where to go from here would be helpful.

 

Look for pinched wires maybe in trunk. You might have a bulb that is causing high current, try replacing all brake light bulbs if you can't find short in wireing harness. good luck
