98 sable o2 sensor and rpm problems

haveing trouble with all 4 o2 sensores, they have been replaced 2 times and still getting a code, alse when you let off throttle it will stay at 2500 roms for a while and if i put i N it goes to about 3000 rpms, please help[img]smileys/smiley5.gif[/img]
