I've broken 4 belts so far this year in this car and my wife just called to say she snapped another one on the way home from work and is waiting for a tow truck. Everything appears to be aligned, we even had our shop do one switchout just to make sure and I can't detect any play in any of the pulleys. We've switched out the idler and tensioner as well. Any ideas? I'm getting sick of replacing these $60 belts.
