Electronic dash problem
 

My 1992 Sable LS wagon has a short in the circuit that supplies power to the electronic dash.

The fuse that blows when I turn on the car is a 15 amp fuse that protects the following circuits:
• Electronic cluster
• Rear Window Defroster Switch
• Electronic Flasher
• Backup Lamps
• Heated EGO
• Illuminated/Keyless Entry Module
• Brake Interlock Solenoid.

The fuse is the 15 Amp fuse that has the red glow

I am trying to track down the problem. Any likely culprits? Any method for starting?
