how can i adjust the timing on my sable?
 

i have a 2000 sable and the timing is reading 30 degrees advance!!! WTF? i am reading this off my OBD 2 scan tool with a live data feature. i changed spark plugs to oem replacement ones and i also did the plug wires. how can the timing change? it ran great before. any help? thanks
