Lean bank codes
 

It says both banks are running lean essply bank 1, Is there suppose to be a air sound underneith the throttle body or do I have a vaccum leak.

Ontop of the two lean codes it says both oxygen sensors are not cycling and long fuel trim is maxed at 25.

I have a fuel pressure tester and a vaccum guage.

What could be wrong, and what should I do?

Got it the pcv hose that lets fresh air into the crankcase split right under the throtle body.
