I came across this Mercury Sable and think I might track it down if the price is right

yea - but I'm banking on it coming around again. Sometimes these cars don't get sold and are on the market again within a week or two.

ah. Happy hunting then. Just know that the 2001 may have transmission issues and air conditioner issues. and that's for a properly maintained car. The engines were dern near bulletproof though.
