I have a 2008 Sable and have the basic radio with Microsoft Sync. Is it possible since the buttons the steering wheel appear to be the same, to find one of the newer model radios with a touch display and nav and swap out the radio with it and connect all the steering wheel buttons back up to work with the new radio?

I don't know where I would be able to find one but I'd be determined to if it's possible.
