you trying to get it out? if so you have to loosen the front subframe bolts and take out the rear ones completely.

do i have to take the R&P out to fix the bent rod? and are there any easy ways out?

No if you can get a inner tie rod removal kit. if you cant get your hands on one then you will have to remove it because it in a hard place to get any tools on it and most cars have thread locker on them so its going to be hard with the tool
