Changed the bulbs, fuses and flasher. Not blinking on the dash eather. Any suggestions?

 

it could that you have a poor grounding system. it would be best if you would clean all connection. it could also because of a burned bulb, if that is the case it should be replaced. check also the wirings, see to it that it is properly wired.
