First, listen for pump noise w/the car off. More than likely you won't hear anything so check your manual or the back of the fuse box cover and see if there is a fuse for that. Is there something else that doesn't work? Usually a fuse controls more than one thing. The easiest thing to do is see if there is power at the pump. Use a check light, multi-meter or what have you. You can even run a couple of wires from the battery straight to the pump and see if spins. Let me know. Usually when they go, they go. Cheap and easy to replace.
