2000 sable ls premium. It has been cold in NY and my left nozzle barely spurts washer fluid. I attributed this to the cold. Finally it warmed up and no change. I tried the old fashion needle in the nozzle in case there was stuff in it. No help. I popped the hood and saw the hose was deteriorated and leaking. Anyone have this or know where to get a new hose?

any parts house should have hose. you''ll just need to know how much you need. take the degraded hose off and they can cut you off a piece to match.

I went to autozone and took off the cowl (under the hood) and brought in the hose portion that was degraded. The guy said he didn''t have the part but cut the degraded part and try putting a plasting connector. So I bought a box of misc sizes, reconnected and it was a no go. I got fed up went to the dealer and spent 19 dollars on a whole new piece. I connected them to the nozzles and it was a no go. Barely anything spurts out. I disconnected them from the nozzles and tried it to see if anything was coming out and if it was the pump, and fluid does come out of the hose no prob. So it has to be something with the nozzles.

I tried the old needle trick but no go. There wasn''t even dirt in there. I''m thinking of taking out the nozzles from the hood and let them sit in some warm water or something. Does anyone know how to remove the nozzles from the hood in the 2000?

well just went out in the cold took off the cowl, removed the wires and blew compressed air through the nozzles. It fixed it and now not only can I clean my windshield but its now like every older taurus, sable, and crown vic being able to squirt a guy standing next to the car...Only thing I broke was one of the round holders for the cowl but it doesn''t matter.
