iB5 Transmission question

Hello,

I have a 98 Tracer with a manual iB5 transmission (I think it is an iB5) that won't go into 2, 4 and reverse. I fist thought it was a linkage issue. But the linkage is not adjustable. And body have any idea's? I am in the process of pulling the trans to go through it.
