Default 02 villager oil smoke

Long story short. My van looked like a fog machine today. So I started investigating and found the intake full of oil. So I unhooked the back PVC valve and the van quit smoking. So, I replaced the PVC valve and hooked it back up and it started smoking again. I unhooked it and the smoke stopped., tried it a couple of more times with same results. My question is, is there somthing else inside the valve cover thats suppose to keep oil from being sucked up? If not, then I am confused and need help. Big thanks for any advice.

I have a blue smoke too, but I think my case is out of control. I watched video on Youtube, and one guy used seafoam to clean the cylinder head. So he poured a little amount of seafoam into each spark plug housing along with brake fluid. I tried the same method, but the car now doesn't start, and I think I messed the starter. Replacing the PCV valve is pain in the butt, because your don't have enough torque to push the pcv back to the engine part. After dismantling the intake, I found a small hole and JB welded it, and replaced the pcv(cheap). Now, I have to start the engine, how? Will find out.

Try to replace the PCV and see if you still have smoke. I hope you don't have blue smoke. If you do, then you have to either replace the engine or redue valve guide. I don't think that there is a part inside the upper engine has something to suck oils. But what I have heard from people on Youtube is that the rear part of the engine is prone to fail in terms of oil pressure, but I don't believe that.
