Cannot run EGR or Catalyst monitors on 97 Villager
 

I have a '97 Mercury Villager. I need to take it in for a smog test but it will not run the EGR or Catalyst monitors.
I have driven it over 300 miles. I have driven what I believe to be the correct drive cycles several times.
Here is what I think those drive cycles are:
EGR - Accelerate from a stop to 45 MPH at 50% to 75% throttle ( 4 times)
Catalyst - Drive at five different cruising speeds between 25 and 45 MPH over the course of 10 minutes, stopping in between.
Does anyone know if these are the correct drive cycles?
Does anyone know how to get these monitors to run?
