does anyone knows how is called the base of the door handle?
i already disasembled the door handle and founded that the base is broken, not the door handle.
i tryed to find it in the web but only founded door handles, not the base

also, does anyone knows if this model of door handle can be swap by previous or newer models door handles system?

looks like this 2001 model was too weak and was replaced by more heavy duty model in later villagers
