Does anyone know where this is located. I have an XCal II that I use for my SVT focus that I'm going to use to check what code is causing the CEL to come on on the van, but I can't even find the port.

The OBD port connection should be located directly located beneath the steering column. It probably has a cap over it making it difficult to see. If you still can't find it check the owners manual for the location.
