Should I buy it?

Hello,
We are looking into buying this 2000 Villager with 82K. Looks very clean. Seller is a service company with their own mechanics. It starts, runs and was supposedly serviced on regular basis. That's all we know about it.
What do Y'all think would be a fair price? is 3k a fair price?
This will be our 1st Mercury. We'll be using it for 4-5 months a year (200 miles a week).

Thank you.

Balance act.

Did you buy the Villager, they're nice cars . If the body's in good shape, it will go 300k.

Yes, we did.
It has some rust spots (dime size), above the windshield. We now have to sell it because of an unexpected change in plans.
