Like the Ford Fusion, the Milan is starting with a 2.5L four-cylinder engine producing 175 hp and mated to a six-speed automatic or manual transmission.
I love it !!

I absolutely hate the new body style. I think they should have left it alone IMO. The earlier body styles look much better.

the headlight style is a definite choice maker... for me it would be a no. I prefer the look of the fords. it looks like they squashed a mountaineer.

Bought a V6 last year, didn't get the 'premier' package because the only interior was the faux wood look, and only seat option was leather, neither of which I like. Test drove a 4 cylinder it is too much engine noise. Nice performance and ride, I'm very happy with it.

Just purchased my new 2010 Milan about a week ago. I'm coming out of a 2000 Jeep Wrangler though, so it's really no comparison. I did get the Premier package, and I love it. Sync, Sirius, heated mirrors, leather seats, dual climate control, moon roof, premium sound package. It's certainly a change from my Jeep! I have the 4 cylinder and I'm hoping after break-in I get close to the 31 mpg rating it has. I kind of like the looks of the car, it's growing on me. I have the Charcoal with Charcoal (black) leather seats.
One other neat thing is it needs an oil change every 7500 miles! Whoa! What ever happened to every 3000 miles!

synthetic oils and better machining makes for better engines.

You definitely took the right route with the Premier package. I love mine. Mine is an 08 with the V6. All options except the inside lighting, nav, and spoiler (spoiler I didnt want). The sync is nice to have on long trips and eliminates CD's for me as I use a USB jump drive for all my music. The Audiophile system is the chit as well. I get about 28+ on the interstate and have to change every 5K but I use 15K synthetic (Mobil 1) but dont go that long.
