1992 Mercury Capri fuel problem

Does any one know how to check the Electronic Engine Control (ECA). The problem is that the fuel injectors do not receive any voltage.
The problem started with a blown 30 Amp Fuse, which was replaced. The car started once, but not the second time. The fuses are OK.
