I have a 1993 Mercury Capri (non-turbo, automatic transmission). I live in Europe. The Capri was never officially imported to Europe, but Mazdas 323s (and parts, used and new) are plentiful here. Most of the "technical" parts (engine, transmission, electrics etc) of the Capri are identical to the Mazda 323.

I have to change the automatic transmission of my car. I need to know the designation, model number, part number or similar of it or of the Mazda transmission that fits the Capri. Any help???
