Well, while it''s not what eveyone would call a collectable, they are rare and it was one of the earliest years of that long-lasting Mustang body style. If it has been garaged for all these years it should be in immaculate condition and worth a good deal more than the top Blue Book price. If it is manual, 5-speed. Auto w/overdrive would make it a four speed. As for the crate motor, I guess it depends on if it is a long or short block. Being a 351 from the early to mid 80''s, check the vin # for more info on H.P. and tourque ratings which will make it worth more or less. Probably for a pick-up or even better a police car. Probably will need rubber replacement, i.e. hoses, belts, wipers, tires, etc.( dry rot, cracking, flat spots on tires ) And of course all fluid and filter changes. Let me know if you pursue the car.
