shoulder harness motor on drivers side does not work BUT one day out of the blue it did, then never did again. Power mirror worked one day, then never again. Window went down, then died. Speaker in door dead. Is the entire drivers side haunted? I did have a short in the ignition but it was fixed, although sometimes it gets stuck.
Everything on passenger side door works.
Do I need an exorcist?
Any advice would be appreciated.

there may be a loose ground in the door. but since the speaker also died I'd say the wires passing from the car to the door are suspect. You may have to replace the lot of them. Check for a loose ground first. It's probably behind the driver side kick panel. There may be a screw loose that holds the wires down for ground.
