Well, my cougar just joined the 100,000 club last week. The tranny is starting to get rough, just about every time she shifts I can feel a shudder. I purchased the car with about 80,000 miles on her and figure its probably time to change the tranny fluid. I can do the work, but I dont have the knowledge and the familiararity with the car to do it. I was hoping somebody had an online source that can help me out, kinda like a Haynes manual. Thanks for any and all help.

 

Ihave yet to find a haynes manual for these years cars. Posssibly the ford dealer could order a service manual.
