hello i have a 54 merc and i cant seem to get it to start. it was running fine, then i turned the engine off and now it wont start up again. the battery is charged, ive tried to jump it, but it doesnt turn over. there is a 350 chevy in it, not the original engine. any response would be greatly appreciated.
