2000 4 cylander misfire

2000 4 cylander misfire
I have a misfire on cylander 4 of my 2000 grand marquis. I have changed my intake manifold, plugs, ignition coil, mass air flow sensor and still have the problem. I live in new York and cant pass inspection so my tickets are adding up quick. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please help me out
