Does anyone have a repair manual download for a 2000 Mercury Villager? Please let me know, need to do some work on it...

2000 mercury villager won't crank or start. Has new alternator, battery, started has been checked. It will start right up when hot wire is put on starter, then drives good. But turn it off an wont crank again

 

Has anyone had the 1999 villager engine bracket for the alternator break? All I read about is the lower adjuster bracket which breaks. Of course no parts available, any ideas, nothing available LKQ
