I am having trouble with my alternater in my 96 Merc. Mystique 2.0l 4cyl. The batery is recieving 15 v when running, but is not getting a charge whenthe car runs. If I charge the battery with a battery charger, it holds the charge, until the car is turned on + then it drains. I have gone over all connections to the battery, starter, and alt. but found no problem. All the grounds are good too. I have equal voltage at the battery and alt. I have even replaced the alt. but I still have the same problem.


Does any one know what is going on?
