2004 Grand Marquis, not ATC, blower motor runs when ignition is turned off. Played musical chairs with the relays under the hood but problem is consistent. Any idea where the relay is that powers the heat/AC in dash control? Everything else that's supposed to turns of, just the blower won't power down. If you turn the speed control switch off it stops, but it still has power to it. SWAGs are welcome.
