cables are working fine E break works just a little ,,I adjusted it up tight,,not enough to hold the car ,,I bought new pads (I don't think I needed them) It looks like the cleves that goes thru the backing plate could be seized???I don't know if its suppose to swivel or not its a 2000 merc marquis
