Key does not go into ignition smoothly. Have lubricated does not help. I want to remove the cylinder but can not get it to release. I have removed the plastic cover from the column. I am told with Fords you can insert the key turn it half way and push a release button through an access hole. I can not locate a release or remove the bottom plate to gain access to the cylinder. There is a triangular shaped plate at the bottom of the casting but I can not get it off. Does anyone have experiance with this.
