Mountineer Suspension??

I have a 2000 Mountineer and i was wondering if anyone has the same
vehicle. The reason i was asking was because i personally believe that
the suspension is to stiff. I want the ride to be smooth and soft. Is
there any way I can make the ride smoother? Shocks, struts spirngs? Anything! Thanks
