Windsor or Romeo?

Default Windsor or Romeo?
How do I know if I have a Windsor or a Romeo engine in my M GM LS?

Vin number 1999 has a W but the cylinder head covers both have 11 bolts.

the windsor is the pushrod engine class not the OHC like what you got... yours is the 4.6 not 302 or 351
