How would it be possible to use 03+ crown vic or gm suspension on a 97 merc gm

 

No can do, Frank -- After '97, the suspensions are too different to allow a swap to the earlier models.
Springs, front shocks, spindles, and brakes cannot be swapped between those 2 years ('97- '03 ).

The '95 MERC was restored as a long-distance, high-speed touring sedan that's capable of handling the Rocky Mountains and the Southwest deserts, regardless of temperature extremes.
The suspension parts for my '95 are THE SAME as your '97.

Could you put the part numbers please also the site you got them on. Also could you explain what you did to convert to led lights and which ones you used
