Started having problem coupling seat belt at the same time as the warning light on the dash stopped working.

 

I have never tried to fix a seat belt problem myself, but in my limited experience with that I have found the dealer service departments give seat belts a high priority - even if you didn't buy the car there and even when the car is out of warranty. Perhaps they figure that someone getting killed due to a defective seat belt is bad publicity?
