you have an external solenoid mounted under the hood. The battery and the starter wires are connected to it. clean and tighten them. This is very common to lose volts here for this year of car.
try to jump out the solenoid by arcing a screwdriver between the two contacts. this should start the car faster then through the ignition. let me know if it cranks over faster when you jumpo the terminasls

Jason, could you please just edit your first reply because most of us have reply notification that automatically sends an email when replies are written. My email is filled with your numerous replies for the same topic. Now back the car. Sounds like excessive starter draw. I would excite the solenoid like Jason said and see what happens. Let me know.

No problem..except I only have 30 seconds to type a reply. If i take any longer it will not let me. Thus the reason for numerous replys to make up one reply. I don''t know ewhat is wrong with the site but 30 seconds is a bit anoying. this happens all the time
