91 colony park wagon
yeah, you read right, seats 9 comfortably, (20 depending how much beer is involved) fully loaded, comfy ride, and sure to spark smart-a$$ comments from all aquaintances!! it's in great condition, newly rebuilt 5.0, and it was cheap. i'm an electrician and i can fit my pipe, ladders, and all my tools no problem...oh, and the city code enforcers are none the wiser regarding a woody wagon at various houses!
i've not started my search of parts and such yet, but i'm leaning towards various components from the police crown vics of those years. primarily susp stuff. fit? engine stuffs easy, it's a 5.0, granted a heavily-underpowered 5.0, but we'll fix that. (yes, i know its a colony park wagon that would make clark griswold proud)
basically just some input on any ideas, or what not. thanks, cheers.

for what I know, the rear suspension is a little different then the MGM, but everything else is the same. I could be wrong and everything underneath is the same. Post pics if you get a chance. We all like a good show and tell. Sometimes I wish my MGM was a Colony Park.

waggin' suspension is as good as police setup due to the size. to get more power from engine, i would do head swap or do a HO engine swap and ECU to boost power. also check the driver door or rearend tag to find out gears it has.
