AC and heater out???

AC and heater out???
My father's 2000 Grand Marquis AC and heater all of a sudden stopped working...no air comes through. The vents change over as I can hear them, but there is no air. I was thinking that the fan stopped working so I checked fuses as well as I could but they are all good. Does anyone have any suggestions as I really don't have time to check it out myself (as far as going under the hood)...
