Aftermarket Wheel question

I want to put 22inch wheels on my car but I am worried about a fitment issue. Will the wheels rub and would i have to do anything with the suspension like new shocks and springs ect. Thanks for your help.

i have a 93 grand marquis on 22" i put air shocks in the back and coil spring lifters in the front so the dont rub!!!
