I got a 99 MGM, and was looking to put a 7" fold out dvd player or a double din player in. but no one can give a straight answer on the install. Will the fold out fit with the dash overhang. And will the double din fit if I just cut out part of the duct and the tabs inside the dash...if any1 has pics of finished installs of these thing I would like to check it out before I buy anything...thanks

 

If you cut the dash up to make it fit, anything will fit. it may not look very nice, but it will fit. the fold out will probably not clear the overhang. most of those only have about a quarter of an inch clearance when out. You might be able to do it though if you use a bracket that brings the front of the unit out far enough, but again, that may look weird.

 

I would check with a custom audio/video shop cause that is definately a custom install.
