i saw one with 275/60/r15 in the back and 225/70/r15 in the front. It
looked good but i''m not sure how big i can go without rubbing. If anyone
has any experiance in tire sizes with 91 mercs let me know what you have to
say.

You do know that your mpg will go down and you will be spending a huge amount at the pump for bigger tires every week. You will also have to reprogram the computer to accept larger tires or your speed will be off about 5-8 miles per hour and that can mean some speeding tickets. Just something to keep in mind if you do not have any money in your wallet. check out my recent post on the 4.6L build up. I can post a 5.0L build up if you are interested.
